Shipping policy

All items shown are in US dollars. Items that are in stock will be processed and shipped within one to two weeks of the purchase date. Custom made items and wholesale items have a longer production time, which will be specified on a case-by-case basis. If you need your item more quickly, please specify so in the “comments” section during checkout. While we can not guarantee faster shipping, we will do our absolute best to meet your request.

In some cases, you may purchase a product on our website that is currently out of stock. We will be in touch within 24-48 hours to notify you of the mistake and ask if you’d like a refund, or if you’d prefer to wait for the item to be restocked. 

All items ship via USPS. Once we have shipped your item, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
