Availability + Shipping

All items shown are in US dollars. Items that are in stock will be processed and shipped within one to two weeks of the purchase date. Custom made items and wholesale items have a longer production time, which will be specified on a case-by-case basis. If you need your item more quickly, please specify so in the “comments” section during checkout. While we can not guarantee faster shipping, we will do our absolute best to meet your request.

In some cases, you may purchase a product on our website that is currently out of stock. We will be in touch within 24-48 hours to notify you of the mistake and ask if you’d like a refund or if you’d prefer to wait for the item to be restocked. 

All items ship via USPS. Once we have shipped your item, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please reach out to us directly using the form on our “contact” page.

Returns, Exchanges + Order Issues

As a one-woman show, we sometimes make mistakes when packaging an item (like sending you the incorrect color or quantity). How embarrassing! Please reach out using the “contact” form and we’ll be happy to correct the mistake. 

We stand behind all of our products, so if you are unhappy with an item, please begin the return/exchange process by doing the following:

  1. Is it within 14 days of when you received your item? If so, we can offer a return or exchange. If not, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
  2. Reach out using our “contact" form. Specify the item purchased that you’d like to return or exchange, the date of purchase, the order number, and the email associated with the purchase.
  3. We’ll be in touch within 24-48 hours confirming or denying your return or exchange. If you are approved, please carefully package your item and include a note specifying your name and order number. It will be your responsibility to pay for return shipping costs.   4. Once we have received your item and determined it is in good condition, we will either refund your money or begin the exchange process to mail you a new item. 

Please note that we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any sale items, custom work, or belts.

We stand by the craftsmanship of all of our products, so if you feel as though an item has not performed to your expectations, please reach out via the “contact” form and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

We do our best to clearly represent all of the products that we sell through clear pictures and detailed descriptions. It is important to note that we use natural materials, such as leather and wood, and that each item will have its own unique tone and texture. Color representation may vary from screen to screen, so if you need to see additional photos, please reach out to us through our “contact” form before making a purchase.
